As the goverment has permitted the Public Sector banks to decide their own selection strategy, IBPS is now working more closely with PSB's to assist them in matters of recruitment by handling these projects on turn-key projects.

Focus on marketing of various services offered by IBPS like computerised Human Resource Data Bank (HRDB) for various levels of posts from clerical cadres to executives, standardised score cards, confidential printing work etc.
   
Undertaking more non-conventional projects such as carrying out Assessment/Development Centres for various personnel purposes in organisations.
   
Introducing cost consciousness and cost saving measures in all activities.
